Having troulble with ext 22 & 23 both getting each other's vm.
The admin is gone and I need to delete and reset or reinitialize these two mailboxes.
Does ftr 981 & password get me to where I can do this?

no you need to use feature 983 then admin mailbox + password EI:XXXXX XXXXXXX
