moved ext from office to another However the VM did not move with the ext the Msg lite still lites in old office please help thanks the new kid

How did you move the extension? Did you swap the cross connect or use the set relocation feature?

actually sounds like the extension in the new office was already live and you just moved a phone. you need to have set relocation on if this is what you are attempting. otherwise just swap crossconnects. Feature * 0, intercom will tell you the extension number of each phone.

used change DN one VM box moved correctly but other two did not so I deleted the two VM boxes and then rebooted the system then recreated the two VM boxes and then it work ed perfectly however I have a new one line two button no longer works on my M7324 connected to my CAP

Did you query all buttons, phone and cap? If the line does not appear anywhere, reassign it in program. Do a line move after you assign it.

how do I reassign a out side line to one of the line buttons ????? on a nortel M7324

Change DN is not the way you wanted to do that.
You should have used set relocation or change the cross connects.

If all else fails, use a BFH.
