On the MICS 6.1 ksu, line 5 (trunk 031, a loop start CO line, cannot be accessed; you get the message "284:later". It seems like someone is on the line or it's just hung up.
There is a Call Pilot voicemail working with the ksu. Might this be a disconnect supervision problem ?
Also, does anyone know what "284" might be?

Maybe I'm missing something here but line 5 on a CICS is 025 where do you get 031 ??? or on a MICS. SAME THING NO ?
