Setting up a Pri system here at the office, so I'm not spinning my wheels on site (after hours job).

Anyway, the line pool access code "9" is cleared in system programming, but I can't use 9 as a destination code for the routing, not even as a leading digit. I've used "99" before when this has happened, but I can't even do that.

Any clues as to what else is tying up "9"?

What is your DN range? Could it be that your B2 DN's are in the 9xxx range?

Mostly 400's, there are some 200's (a few).

I checked the B-2's up to port 816 and none started with 9.

Check external code, by default is 9, clear that and maybe one of the received digits starts with 9 that’s also could be a conflict.

I'm a bone head.

Their main line is 9911 and they have one that starts with 8. Looks like only single digit to dial out with for PRI-A will be 5.

Anyone know if there is a way to put the destination code on a button like a Pool button (F64-9)?
