I'm Installing a Call Pilot 100, max config 2pt 4ch & 40 M-Bs on a CICS 4x16 w/C-ID & 6.1 sw. I'm having trouble assigning the ccr-1 to table-1. It's telling me that it is a incomplete ccr/tree. Yes I have a geeting in the home menu. Yes I have built and assigned all paths. Yes I enabled all M-Bs in all paths. Yes the ccr is disabled. Yes I have saved the ccr (so it tells me) Can anyone help? PS: can I use the ccr & aa of the cics to route calls to the c-p, and use time tables to? Thanks

I have had this happen if you don't tell the Callpilot to hang up after recording.

Hello: Gravelhead44 I'm not sure what you are saying. This might help I'm programming with a 7310 not a lap-top. The only way to end REC, is the OK, soft key. Is what your thinking on the CD? I'll look it up.

The last time I saw it come up with "Incomplete" was that it was incomplete. Did you record something in the sub menu's, in the info paths, etc. Check the paths. If you have a menu at path 3 it expects there to be a path 3.1 and 3.2 etc... And yes, did you make sure the recordings were saved ?? Triple check all the paths.
If CON is the opposite of PRO Then what is the opposite of Progress?

What Gravelhed44 and NTlayoff Said. one of your paths is an information/Menu path im guessing you need to make a sub menu or have it disconnect.
