Hi all,
I was asked by my boss to look into a phone system that would allow for each employee having their own number. After much research I learned that i can get DID's for each. I brought in a company who installs phone system but they are very expensive. I was thinking they could just add some DID modules and i could get a block of 20 DID's from our service provider bur they say i need to change the whole phone system. I am hoping someone could shed light on the subject.

What kind of phone system? 824?

824 with 30MVM05

Shot you an email. You can do the DIDs on the 824. It isn't an efficient means but it can be done without swapping your system out. you will have to probably add some parts though. reply to my email with a full inventory of your system
