Have customer that when the AA answers; the message tells you to dial 100 to leave a message in the general mailbox. When I dial 100 or zero I go to the general mailbox and I can leave a message. What I need to know is if the letter MSG (for message) suppose to show up on the display of the operator phone. She tells me that it used too; I can only get msg to show up if when the AA answer and I dial her ext. number (221) and leave her a message. Appreciate any help on how to fix this problem (if I do have a problem)

A station can have only one mailbox assigned to it. She will have to choose which one she wants to light the MW on her phone. If she wants the general mb you will have to go into mailbox 221 and remove DN 221 from that mailbox then go under mailbox 100 and assign it to extension 221. Good luck.
