How can you get the name to show on the extesions when a call is coming in, instaed of the number only

It's an either/or scenario. Under Terminals and Sets - Telco Features (I think) program Name first instead of Number first. (I could be wrong as I don't have a phone beside me to try this on)

program a CID button. Press button as call rings,it will scroll through info.

If you are using a PRI T1, You can have your Phone company change the D channel to send name and number instead of just number...

go to terminals & sets-show icm.eg 221-show then next to telco features -show- feature assign-next- 1st display number hit soft key to change to line,name number
