Will a cordless telephone with display receive caller ID info on incoming trunk calls? The cordless works off of an ATA 2 and I am installing a 4 port CLID on the CICS.

The caller ID will not display on the single line cordless. I have a CICS with 4.1 software and I am using the internal ATA, CID works fine on system phones but not on single line sets.

Ya, what he said. But now that you ask, I'm curious. Does anyone know of a system that does pass Caller ID through to analog phones?

Toner: I think there are several, but I know for a fact that the Comdial DX-80 does it.

I am interested also in what systems available today pass caller ID info to industry standard single line sets. This looks like a popular feature, it would sell even in the low end systems.
