I have added 2 PRI cards to a system that already had one installed. The second PRI came up fine however the 3rd has all lights blinking and does not seem to be registering at all. Are there any special rules for this 3rd PRI.

I believe you need 2nd combo card and it has to go in TM 8 with no other cards in the TM. Also must be correct software 6.1XC B.

That's right. Also found out that the PRI card has to be a revision ending with AAAA.

Our vendors recommend that they are all the same "AAAA" cards, but for certain the 3rd one needs to be "AAAA".
Also, you better make sure the Software is XC 6.1 MR. I had 2 big accounts, both with 3 t-1's (1 of them is a PRI) and they had issues with channels locking up and system resetting spontaneously. The "MR" version is a "maintenance release" that fixed a few bugs in the regular XC 6.1 version. We will only install MR software on T-1 jobs now as a result.
Punch down all your damn pairs!..........(please).
