I have been using a Norstar CICS system in my Home/Office and redirecting calls to my cell phone when I'm out. The volume always seems very low. I don't believe its the CO lines because I am on a digital loop carrier system and close to the remote terminal. I had another system before the Norstar and could call call forward using the same two lines with much better volume. Has anybody else experienced this problem or have a solution? Thanks in advance.

when you use redirect call fwd you are using two lines and establishing a conference. Therefore when you conference two pots lines the volume drops. Same wit almost all systems, unless they have a cinference bridge/ amplifier available in system.
Good Luck!!
If all else fails, use a BFH.

Use the Phone Company. This might be a sin on this type of site, but spend the $5 a month.

Do you have VM? If it is a Flash 2.0 or better, you can use the external transfer point using 3 way calling on the same line.
