I am trying to remotely configure a Call Pilot 150. I can connect to the Call Pilot, open my browser, and get the Admin Login page. I enter the login password, click Submit, then the browser attempts to open the Main Page but times out. I have installed the CP modem utility and it is set when I connect.

make sure you have any firewall on your PC disabled and try that.

Thanks for the reply. No firewalls running. But your reply got me thinking about what it might be on my end. I connected again and check the connection speed. It was 24kbps. I have always had issues connecting to any modem at this speed, so I changed my max connection speed to 19.2 and it worked fine. There must be a protocol problem between the modems at 24kbps.
