Can anyone please explain the procedure for installing a VM on a NAM, I have the SW cd and the backpack but never did this before and would like to try it. Any input will be appreciated.

Are you talking about transferring a recording on to the NAM a sa greeting?

Alot is involved with loading/upgrading a NAM. Need key codes to activate features wanted (voicemail, Acd, etc.). You need the software, NRU soaftware, and should always backup existing database.
