We have come across an EIS Call Processor and would like to learn more about it before brokering it.. Is anyone familiar with this piece of equipment? It's a 6 foot tall cabinet full of line and station cards. It was placed behind a Lucent Definity cabinet and appeared to be used in some type of tele-marketing format. Please e-mail to [email protected]

THANKS!

Steven

Is it an Executone Predictive dialer system?
You should see a couple of P.C. that have floppy and CD roms on them.

It is not a PC nor does it have floppy's or CD Roms. Did you read the description of my post? It's a 6' cabinet stuffed full of station and line cards!!!

JJ is right on the money . EIS Call Processor's are a PC based unit.

They are a Computer Telephony interface. The system currently scales from 8 to 240 agents, depending on the number of servers and exact configuration. This is what they look like.
