I need help!!
Our receptionist was fired (who was trained on the setting up of all mailboxes etc.) and I had to take over.
I'm trying to set up an information mailbox, to record our office address, fax number, mailing address etc.
I assigned it with a 3 digit mailbox, without an extension. Now I need to initialize it. Problem is, when I press F981, and press other to get the Log screen, and I enter xxxxxxx and enter, instead of getting the "change password", it comes up with "Changer MP". What does that mean. Can anyone help or do I need to call a company in to get some training.

You have probabley used a class of Service for your mailbox which is an EVEN number which is french. Iam in the west here and the ODD number for class of sevices (COS) are all english. The MP you are seeing comes up in english as invalid password. Change the COS to and ODD number where you first built the mailbox also reset the password there. I hope this helps

Wow Bob, that's impressive. I didn't have a clue what "Changer MP" meant or about the odd/even COS thing. Good to know...

Great call BOB.

Never new about the odd/even thing.

If all else fails, use a BFH.
