I have a Flash that will not allow me to re-record a path. I have disabled tree 1 (I am sure that it is disabled because I have to go back and enable it in order to get CCR to work again). I have tried to disable tree 2 in case I was using the wrong tree (It said it wasn't active). I have checked tree 5 to see if I am exiting incorrectly. When I check tree 5 the recording is not in there. One thing that I can not figure out is when I go into CCR to record the path (after I have disabled the tree) it will flash enabled after one of the steps. I am sure that it is something that I am missing. But I read the manual and went back out today and it still would not take. Any advice would be appreciated.

You are saving the tree after you are done, aren't you? I'm sure you are aware, but if you press RLS or hang up after you make the recording any changes are lost.

Yes I am hitting the save and agter I do it is taking me back to the beginning path prompt.

What software versions are the KSU and the Flash unit?
Have you rebooted the Flash?

Another question.....did you create the Info Box under Mailboxes or in the Path?
