I have a customer who is using a MICs 6.1 with PRI. They are set up to answer for several different companies, so we assigned each DID number to its' own hunt group and made all phones members of each hunt group in order for them to determine which company the call is for. We have the huntgroups set up to overflow to voice mail and DRT for those line to "none" Problem is, occasionaly a call for company "A" will ring in under the hunt group for company "B". This is happening to two out of the 11 "companies" we have set up. When they ring in wrong, it's always the same wrong hunt group that they go to. I have been unable to recreate problem onsite and have double checked all the line and huntgroup settings but I can't find anything to explain this. The 2 that are acting up are progarmmed identical to the other 9 that work fine. I had the CLEC check the routing index for those 2 numbers and they look fine, which makes since because it works 99% of the time. Any other ideas on how to proceede would be much appreciated.

Reb,
Have you checked the target line for prime set. If you have the hunt group set as prime, it may be set to the wrong hunt group there. Also may want to double check the members in the hunt group. Also double check your overflow.

Thanks, I have set all the target lines prime to "none" and all the overflows are set to the VM DN not another hunt group. I did not however check the prime setting for the trunks themselve but if that were the problem I would think the problem would be across the board and not just 2 of the numbers. I'll check that anyway next trip.

With hunt groups a number of things could be affecting this group, if a member of hunt group a is putting there phone in dnd or even forwarding there phone to someone else this would make the hunt group go crazy. Generally when I program a hunt group I remove all the fwding under capabilities and make sure the members dont use any other features like the call fwd or dnd.
