customer had the option for a caller to dial * then an extension( 201) from inside her mailbox (100). now for some reason it no longer works. i cant be sure that this option had ever worked as i have not seen it work myself, but she is insisting it did. any ideas?

log into vmail "f-983"
go to aa, grtg, aa, then change the return to aa to Y
that will get her back
