I am currently using Norstar Remote Utilities Release 8.1 (IR_WI6.09).
Shou9ld I upgrade to NRU 10.0?

Follow-on to my post. When using "Remote Set Tool" I have no problems at all.
When I try to use "Backup and Restore Tool" I get the following message after making a connection: "Map file: 'AOC03ENG' is required."
Any thoughts on what I need to do?

Even an upgrade to 10.0 does not fix your issue. You need the missing Map files as well..
