Hey Everyone, I have a customer with a Cinphony ACD (Norstar) that used to have a parallel printer attached to the NAM. They have removed the printer. Now OS/2 generates a printer error every 5 minutes or so. It isn't a service affecting problem, but is something of a nuisance. Does anyone recall how to remove a printer in OS/2? Or, is this the right fix? Thanks, ------------------ BCM Guy www.BCMguy.com Learn more about the Nortel Networks Business Communications Manager HERE !

You will probably have a setting in Cinphony to turn print options off. Just an educated guess. Also in NAM option F915. You access options and you should find a printer setting. I believe it's under peripheral devices.

I hadn't considered F915. That would be a good place to check. :-) Thanks a lot! ------------------ BCM Guy www.BCMguy.com Learn more about the Nortel Networks Business Communications Manager HERE !

Your ACD is in error because someone printed to printer instead of HTML. you will need to clear the error from the terminal at the NAM by the abort error message.
