As you posted this in the Nortel section can we presume they have a Nortel VM? When you log into admin program press AA. We are looking for greeting # and table assignment. You can play greetings you have assigned without problem. If you do not know the number, this is the only to find your night greeting. When you find the right greeting just record a new one. As you have a night greeting then you have timing set up. Without a programming record, this is the only way to find it.

John,

Thanks very much. I think I can lead them thru it now. When you said AA I remembered the screen and the customer was doing it incorectly.

Thanks again,

Wayne
