One of our sites has an Option 61 w/release 22 system software. The Music On Hold feature is not working. I've been told by a Nortel tech that he needs a patch for the system software but that the patches are no longer available from Nortel because they don't support release 22 anymore. Would anyone know of a source for software patches?

I sell alot of Meridian and haven't seen an issue regarding a patch for music on hold. Option 44 in the database options. Verify music at the MOH trunk,make the sure the trunk is enabled,go through a maintenance set to see if you hear music if you have it at the punch down source and make sure the conference pack is enabled.
