Just a quick question, I am attempting to set up a CCR phone menu prompt on a system that was previously set up
DR5 w/ StarTalk 2.0
My issue is there is an old menu prompt set up for the AA and I am not able to locate where the greeting is to change it. I have re-recorded both the prime and alt CCR prompt greeting (witch currently both do not play and yes they are enabled) and I have checked all 38 other greetings in the system. None seem to carry the menu prompt that is currently being played by the AA. I talked to the previous owner and he thought it was associated with an extention (221) but was not sure any ideas where to find this phantom menu?

You are probably refering to the custom AA menu prompt. when you are configuring an AA Greeting Table, the first parameter you see is 'AA menu prompt' (or something to that effect). By default it is set to 'Y' which plays the canned menu. If it is set to 'N' a custom prompt has been recorded. ------------------ BCM Guy www.BCMguy.com Learn more about the Nortel Networks Business Communications Manager HERE !

No I have tried changing the AA menu prompt from N to Y and back no matter what I do it is still the same prompt ( do i need to reset the system besides just F982 and change answer lines to Y) in order for the prompt to change?

Oh and you need to disable the tree to save any changes then reenable it afterwards.
