Jeff, have you paid the membership fee? I think that it's a reasonable one-time fee but it's been a long time since I joined. When you pay it, you will receive and e-mail with the login and password information.

If your looking for help with Inter-Tel or Executone which is owned by Inter-Tel you won't find it there and I'm not up to date on there product, contact one of the links from the Manuals button, they may be able to help.
The site was and is intended to help techs in the field and also offer tech support that you contact.
