I have just upgraded my NAM from version 2.0 of the software to version 4.1. After the tech completed the upgrade my 4 port system now became a 2 port system.
The NAM is just a 486 computer with 32MB ram running OS/2. I believe the Keycodes to turn on the 4 ports are just a file called SEKUR on the hard drive. I also believe that the tech that did the install did not do the upgrade properly.
Luckily I cloned the hard drive prior to the tech's install. Can I just copy the SEKUR file from the old drive onto the new drive and get all 4 ports back?

You should be able to, but I have never done it that way.
There should be a file from the original install with the key codes on it. If you re-enter the codes it will make it a 4 port unit again.
I would call back the company that did upgrade and make them fix it correctly!
Good Luck!!
If all else fails, use a BFH.
