Hi-
I don't think this is possible, but this seems like the place to ask:
Within a CCR tree, is there a way for a caller to press a button and then be able to dial an extension (ie, press 1 if you know your party's extension). Alternatively, is there a button that can be pressed to dump callers back to the auto attendant?

If you have "Return to AA" as "Yes", pressing the star key will return the caller to the Auto Attendant
