HI! I've just transferred to a new office and the previous office manager had it set up so that when she received a msg she was notified on her cell phone. I have tried everything to turn this feature off, but can't figure it out! Please help!

Is this a applications module or a flash, either or go into mbox and change cos or reset mbox. hope this helps!

Log into her mailbox, hit 8 for mailbox admin, press 6 for mailbox notification then press 2 to turn it on or off. Follow the prompts from there

or in Feature 983 go to change MB and set outdial to none all together if thats what you want.
The only class of service that does not allow outdial is 13. If I am wrong my appologies.
