MICS 6.1 FC 0x32
Customer says calls calls used to ring HG 01, then go to general delivery mbox if no answer. Now it just rings and rings.
Setting 221 as overflow sends call back to AA menu. You would think that would do it.
Is there any way to send a hunt group call to general delivery after (X) amount of rings???
Punch down all your damn pairs!..........(please).

You cannot use overflow DN if the DN is a Hunt Group DN. You can build a mailbox to match the Hunt Group DN where members can access the groups Hunt Group mailbox. Here you would overflow to the Hunt Groups mailbox.
If you Overflow to voicemail w/o there being a mailbox associated with it, it should roll to the General Delivery mailbox.
