You will probably have to call Cintech at 800-944-3901. ------------------ BCM Guy www.BCMguy.com Learn more about the Nortel Networks Business Communications Manager HERE !

I called Cintech and the reply I got from them (there is no way to replace the security key) this means that the ACD is useless! is this true? what kind of logic is this?!

Unfortunately.... Without the HASP there is no way to prove that you are entitled to support (or that you ever "owned" the application), unless you can provide Cintech with a Product ID (and that Product ID is tied to your company name). Some ACD software upgrades invloved getting a new HASP from Cintech. But, if your unit is not in their database, with you as the rightful owner, you are probably not "entitled" in their eyes, and will have to purchase the application out right. ------------------ BCM Guy www.BCMguy.com Learn more about the Nortel Networks Business Communications Manager HERE !
