Having a challenge with a Call Pilot. When a call is transfered to an extension, instead of it going to the user's mbx, it's going to the general delivery mbx instead. This is happening on 2 extensions only. We have checked call forwarding, deleted and re-created the voice mail boxes, and still nothing.... any ideas?

Does the user's telephone DN appear in the "Extension" field in the mailbox setup? If not, that would be your problem. Good Luck! ------------------ BCM Guy www.BCMguy.com Learn more about the Nortel Networks Business Communications Manager HERE !

Thank you both for the info... here's the final story. When we were creating the mail box, we were going through the motions and hadn't realized that we were creating information boxes instead of subscriber boxes. The system was full, so we weren't even getting the subscriber option....
We deleted a box, and tried again and it worked! Thanks for the help!
Case solved!
