I have heard good things about the NEC DSX, but if you are stand-off-ish due to it is brand new I understand. I would recommend going with the NEC Aspire, it comes in a small cabinet that can support 16 digital stations, or a large cabinet that grows up to 256 stations 16 at a time. NEC offers WHITE phones for this system. The system is feature rich, support VoIP, Web based programming etc. Check out: www.necii.com
