I just installed a Nortel Norstar Meridian 8x24 KSU with DR5 software. I connected a startalk mini and now I am stuck. What do I do first to initialize the mini? It doesn't respond to feature codes.

WHAT CODES HAVE YOU TRIED? TRY FEATURE 901 AND SEE WHAT YOU GET. SORRY THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN FEATURE 903.
