I have a customer who has 2 sets of lines. One under pool A and one under pool B. Well they need to know how to differentiate between the two pool groups when calls are coming in. Right now when a call comes in on a phone with both pool keys programmed on the phone it blinks on the DN key. How do I make it flash on the pool key. right now the only way they know the difference isby the tone of the ring. Thank you

i'm asuming your using analog lines, all you need to do is to assign them to ILG (incoming line groups) & remove the line appearences from the sets.look at the line settings
