I have a customer with multiple BCM's. All the office can call eachother over VOIP lines. When a call comes through on one of the VOIP lines the extension of the caller shows up on the display.
One of the locations doe snot seem to be sending this info. On the recieving end they simpley see the line number (ie. Line 127, etc.) and no ID info (ie. 324, 325, etc.). Is there a setting I'm missing for the extension number to be sent over the VOIP lines?
