We have a Startalk voicemail system in a remote office, and the users are complaining about having to reset their password, not sure if its 30,60 or 90 days. Is there a way to disable that feature to allow users to keep their orginal password. Thanks for your help. Scottie

I have looked into this with the other Nortel systems and none of them had over 90 days which does stink.
I set my email up so that every 11 weeks it autosends a standard email that has instructions for the user on how to change their password to 1111 and then right back to their usual.
Our company has an audit every year and every year the auditors ask why I don't make the users change their passwords every so often. All I do is flip over some user's keyboards and show the auditors all the passwords for accounts that they have that make them change their passwords regularly. Then I tell them "This is why I make them create a tough password once, not once a month"

I have the Meridian NAM Version 4 (or 4.1) and this tells me that Service Class 0 is an invalid class. The best I can do is 1 and that allows 90 days.

I believe you are going to have to use your laptop to make that change in the NAM.
