We are upgrading a client to the Call Pilot ACD package and was wondering what the installation/programming experience has been with it to help estimate installation hours. The customer understands it is our first installation...

Even accounting for your learning curve, there will be alot of programming, relabeling of phones, recording of prompts, testing of flow paths and training. Keep meticulous records and keep it simple both for you and the customer. 16 hours would not be unreasonable.

Think of it as a Cinphony ACD and you'll be fine time wise.
