Hi russman,

Welcome to the board! Please complete your profile so we know who we are helping.

I have a list of feature codes on my website (although it seems to be even less complete than I thought). Here is the link: https://www.bcmguy.com/fcodes.html

To program the personal speed dials, use "feature * 4", enter the bin number (71-94), follow prompts.

Other codes I need to add:

"feature * 1" External Autodial
"feature * 2" Internal Autodial
"feature * 3" Program Features

I'm sure there are more that are missing. But, this covers MOST of the end user stuff. [Linked Image from sundance-communications.com]

If you just want a single external number on a button, use "feature * 1", press button, enter number, then "OK".

Thank you!

While I was on call, I pressed Feature 85 which is DND, but then it won't let me out of that mode even though I pressed Feature 85 again. Also tried music on but that didn't seem to do anything.

How would I get out?
What is the music on button for?

Sorry for such noob questions,

Append a # to cancel a feature.

i.e. "feature # 85" in the case of DND.

Good Luck!

Thank you.

Offtopic: I have peaked into your website, and noticed that you recommend Xstream VoIP - from Lightyear Network Solutions, and I assume you would be more knowledgeable on this topic than I am. Why would you recommend preferXstream VoIP rather than Vonage VoIP? Rates and plans seem to be the same, and I've noticed a lot of people who like Vonage better. If you can, can you comment on it? Thanks. [Linked Image from sundance-communications.com]
