You can't transfer a call if:
1. The call is a conference call 2. If you're trying to transfer two outgoing calls 3. If you're trying to transfer two external lines and neither have DS.
You also can't
4. Transfer using a line pool code 5. Transfer to a park identifier 6. Transfer to yourself 7. Transfer externally using a route that has no free lines 8. Transfer a call that hung up while in transfer 9. Transfer a call that had a third party tap in (privacy OFF) while in transfer
and needless to say
10. You can't transfer a call to a DN that doesn't exist (not to be confused with an out of service DN... which you *can* transfer to, at least for a few seconds)
