I tried using functions like a digital set would allow but they didnt work. Since the polycom takes a digital port I thought it would allow the same features to be used.

Am I doing something wrong? Can I make any programming changes?

Were you trying to conference two calls? That is the one feature that works differently on a Polycom.

try using the flash button for the feature
codes like park try flash 74 i think it will work
