Need to know if you can do a Remote Broadcast message? I have tried to log into the System Cooridantors mailbox remotely and it says it can not be done please contact your System admin. Is it because of the class of service on the mail box itself? Please help. Thanks Scottie

Why are you trying to go into the Sys Coord mailbox, just dial the number of the Group mailbox and leave the message.

You can build the group but you must change the administrator password to something other than default. There are other settings but the real key is that password!

You can't access the sys coordinator MB remotely until you initialize it. Remote intialization is disabled by default (if your voice mail even has it available because you didn't mention which VM you have) so you will have to go into the office and initialize it.
