Hello all. I have a quick question about a Norstar Modular ICS 0x32 Rel 1/ T1 Software. Does the Norstar product line allow Call Detailed recording throug a 3rd vendor option? IE Anchor Point. Does it have SMDR capabilites? Thanks for your help. Scottie

rel 1 t1 is really old software by the way
on your system you just need to purchase a nortel
smdr module that connects to a digital port on the system thats it then your client can connect
3rd vendor equipment
