How are we doing today genltemen? Have easy question for you. Where does the Norstar voicemail system get their time and date? Whether it be a call pilot. star talk, or flash. I want to say it comes from the PBX but, again I am just guessing. Thanks for all your help. Scottie

Call Pilots on a Norstar system get their time from the Norstar MICS or CICS control unit.

I don't ever remember setting the time on a Flash.
Don't they all get the time from the ksu?

Yes, they all get the time from the KSU.

On the old startalks there was a feature code to set the time I beleieve it was F984 (this was before F984 was "forward to VM") but other than that they all got the time from the KSU's.
