I haven't had to use the Call Pilot on a BCM up until today. Everything works fine. It was set up to use the NVM interface. And the customer wants to use Unified Desktop Messaging. Is that possible with the NVM interface or do I need to change it to the CP interface? Next question is, do I need to get seats for every user? Or is this something that is already available to use. And finally, does using the desktop messaging slow down the network? Thanks
