Hi There - my company is using a fairly old KSU (8x24 with 3-0x16 modules) which was recently upgraded to DR5.1 to allow installation of a Flash VM unit (our StarTalk finally died).
Sadly, I know very little about phone systems, even though I am now its administrator. I've got tons of issues, but right now I'm concerned about the paging.
The previous software (DR3 or so) produced a two-part tone before a page. It wasn't great, but it was fine. The new software seems to be giving us a single note, more abrasive tone, which I'm sure I'm about to get a memo on. The manual for the DR5.1 system says that one of the new features is the ability to turn the page tone off. But I can't seem to find a way to do that. I've logged into System Programming, but the menu item that I expect to find (and is mentioned elsewhere on this board) isn't there. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks Marv - I didn't know about the Config menu, but our service provider got back to me with the info (finally).
