Is there a default set of FFC's that come standard on the Meridian opt 61c switches? I have an option 61c that can't do a group call pickup. From looking in LD 57 and doing a req- prt, type-ffc, cust-0, code-all it doesn't show any flexible feature codes listed. I need a ffc for PUGR (pickup group), I have a pickup group consisting of 5 telephones, one 3903 and four 3902's. This is a fairly new installation and its possible that none of the ffc's were ever built. Can I just create a new ffc for group pickup?

Group pick up isn't a flexible feature code by default. Put the stations in the same group, give cls pua and use spre number +3 to do a pickup.

Thanks for the reply RATHER BE FISHING. The stations are in the same group (5) and they have pua in their class of service. What is the spre number for option 61c or where would I find that in the Meridian documentation, I have access to all the manuals. I have done a lot of Norstar key systems but I am new to the Meridian PBX's.

LD 21 and PRT CDB. You'll find it listed under SPRE (special prefix). Each site is unique as the spre code cannot conflict with the station dial plan. Most systems is a 1 or 2 digit number.
