telsmith Member Joined: Nov 2005 Posts: 12 Massachusetts	Hello, I am looking for a Nortel dealer on Cape Cod, MA. I am an Avaya tech, and have a customer with a Nortel switch that is down completely. The company he purchased it from is no longer in business, and he was unable to find a Nortel dealer willing to travel to his area. I am going down there in the AM to see what I can do (the obvious stuff, like is it still plugged in) but if it turns out he needs to replace equipment, I'll need a Nortel person to call on.
