i have call pilot 100, full auto att, at times when a good ext is dialed the vm lady says "that ext does not exist" . it has been tried from both land lines and cell. help thanks

Certain early revs of Call PIlot had issues with DTMF recognition. There were some patches for this.

If you listened to Art Bell on KFI 640 in LA on weekend nights you would know that from time to time good extensions cease to exist and then restore themselves.
If you called in, one of the listeners could do remote viewing for you on the voicemail and tell you for sure. :dance:

Telemarv is correct, you probably have bad software.
If this is under warranty, ask for new free, new reduced price, or a maintainance release of the level you have without this bug.
If not under warranty, buy the 3.0 and enjoy the latest software.

there is an upgrade kit... a reusable boat loader flash card that plugs into the upper slot and loads the new software version onto the existing flash card.
No hardware to change
