Have a MICS 5.0, CallPilot 150 2.0 I am having a heck of a time getting the system to transfer an incoming call to transfer to an external long distance number. I have a T1 with destination and routing set up.

Should I not be able to just transfer via F70?

Looking to have either incoming calls or calls made with the system transfered to a long distance number.

Any hints?

Well, Actually it goes like this.

My customer is a call center and they make calls out and have incoming calls. When a particular situation presents itself, the rep needs to transfer the call to this person at another location.

I searched prior posts, but didn't seem to find the help. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Have you enabled call redirection for the sets you want to be able to transfer outside?

if this is a live person doing the transfer you need to have that ablity enabled by your T1 provider.

DeryckTech,
Bob is correct. You must have line redirection under Terminals and Sets/Capabilities set to Y to be able to transfer off site. This must be done for each set if you are going to allow off site transfers. Also check to make sure you don't have restrictions on the lines or sets that prohibit the person from dialing long distance.
