I have an Option 11 with CCR (Custom Call Routing) and Meridain Max (reporting function) with 4 Reader Boards installed. I did not install them and I need to remove them. Can anyone help me with this. I have no Idea where to start. I did unplug 2 of them and oops the other 2 are not working properly now.

Depends on the model and manufacturer of the reader boards. By unplugging 2 you may have discovered that the others were daisy chained behind them.

I have spent numerous time messing around with this and have found the following; The line cords from the reader boards are plugged into a Tri-plex splitter.
I tried plugging them back in however the boards still were not working. I took a soupler and plugged the two boards that need to be disconnected and just have them looping. The first reader board in the chain started working. I cant get the other 3 to work. Any Ideas??
