This is driving me crazy...i have 2 doctor offices connected via point to point(both are MICS 6.1)and for the last 2 months periodically cust is getting no free line at both site...also the second site get its dialtone from the main location so this is a very bad prob.the alarm codes that is in the log are alm 75,evt 372-00 s2,42-0,43-0,and events 323,324,325,326,330...there are a couple more but these all deal with circuit issues I think...i do not have a new code book so alarm 75 and evt 372 are not in mine.I have worked with clec but they are no help and cust does not want to replace any parts unless I am 100% sure that I know the prob.
ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED!!!!!!

well it would help if you would say are you on a dry pair or bri pri e&m disa ,and maybe if both sites are using dial tone from one switch you might be just using all free lines

sorry,its emulating a pri...i thought about that they were using all lines and i'm going to have nuvox do a traffic study...last night bellsouth replaced niu cards in smart jack and at mux and when i checked alarms this morning i'm still getting alarm 75 codes and event 372-00

what do you have at the prime location where dial tone is are they on pri for outbound or copper
and your link between the 2 locations how many channels do you have

pri at main location...there are 7 channels between...it is unlikly that all the channels are actually busy but not impossible...there is 1 doctor,3 nurses,and a receptionist...also a fax but the chances that all are the phone at 1 time is unlikly
